REFUNDS & Returns 

Refund Policy:

  1. Refunds: Refunds on eligible items are offered within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please contact via email at nickhoangart@gmail.com to initiate the refund process. Shipping costs are not refundable.

  2. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Return Policy:

  1. Returns: If you wish to return an item, please contact via email at nickhoangart@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase to initiate the return process. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  3. Return Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed as per our refund policy.

Exceptions:

  1. Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  2. Sale Items: Refunds are only applicable to original priced items. Items on sale will not be refunded.
